The Environment Agency commissioned Can Studios to design and develop a CMS (content management system) where their top talent could learn more about the opportunities available to help them develop their leadership skills.
Talent Academy provides a single, centralised location where staff can research training opportunities, and then download all the documents they need to take advantage of these opportunities, including application forms and pre-workshop reading materials.

Online Course Directory
The Environment Agency needed a central place where they could track and record all their offline and online training, and where staff could see exactly what training resources are available to them.
We designed and developed the Learning Directory system to meet the Environment Agency’s exact requirements. Using our Learning Directory system, Environment Agency employees can view all the learning resources available, from elearning courses to in-person training, and even approved resources such as books and DVDs.
