Understand your needs
We work with your team to understand exactly what you need the finished product to do, and why. Together we’ll compile a list of functions you need based on what your product needs to do for different people.
Prioritise functions
The more complex you make a product, the more expensive it is to build. We’ll help you find the sweet spot that gives you and your users the best value. This includes researching the technical options and estimating the time and cost to achieve each function. Based on this, you can decide how to proceed.
Develop
With the requirements clear and a budget in place, we’ll build your software. We split the development work into stages (sprints) tackling as many items from the list as will fit into the time and budget you have. At the start of each sprint the whole team comes together to set consolidated goals – incorporating feedback to ensure you stay firmly at the centre of the process.
