The Cash Learning Partnership (CaLP)
Coordinating Cash Transfer Programmes
Cash Learning Partnership (CaLP) provides life-saving cash transfer and voucher programmes to humanitarian organisations in response to disasters. They required a course that would take practitioners from the basic ,concepts through formulating and executing programmes in complicated scenarios.
Humanity & Inclusion
Accountability to Affected People
Humanity & Inclusion (HI) works in conflict and disaster zones to enhance the living situations of persons with disabilities. We assisted HI in the development of highly effective content and the creation of robust online modules for usage in the most extreme situations.
UNHCR
Protecting public health
The UN High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) needs its field personnel to have a working knowledge of a wide range of complicated issues in addition to the main expertise. These staff have limited time to study and are typically disheartened by the amount of information they must read. Our interactive training helps their employees understand core public health concepts and apply them effectively on the field.
Guide Dogs for the Blind Association
Dog Training and Handling
Every member of the Guide Dogs personnel comes into contact with the dogs and has the ability to affect their training. We developed elearning for Guide Dogs that teaches the positive reinforcement concepts that underpin their dog training and is available to all of their employees, including those who are visually impaired.
Norwegian Refugee Council
Performance management, communication and feedback
In more than 30 countries, the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) works to safeguard the rights of displaced and vulnerable persons. The content has to be trustworthy and indicative of the wide range of issues, jobs, and settings that their employees face. It also had to function for people with limited infrastructure and poor internet access.
