We’re here to help with the technical stuff so you can get on with creating engaging elearning.

One big advantage of using Adapt from Can Studios is that we’re here to help – whether you’re happiest using drag and drop or comfortable with code.

We give all our users – even those on free trials – individual support from day one including:

  • full initial setup – we’ll install, configure and test the Adapt framework and authoring tool on our servers so all you have to do is login
  • a personal tutorial to get you started – by screen share / phone.

When you take a paid subscription you also get:

  • ongoing training by screen share / phone – you set the agenda
  • monthly releases of new features, plugins and bug fixes – including those from the community that we’ve tested and approved
  • access to our software developers’ expertise in Adapt by phone and email.

And of course there’s plenty of help and information for you on these pages (you might also want to check our product FAQs).
